As a consultant for music labels, Matheus has curated more than 300 music compilations. These albums range from Latin genres to collections of African and Asian music. He has also worked with jazz and classical music catalogs.
Working at CCBB Brasília, the third most-visited Cultural Center in Brazil, Matheus has advised dozens of cultural producers, codeveloping outdoor and indoor events.
As founder and editor of the online music magazine Fita Bruta, Matheus has written dozens of articles on Brazilian and International music production.
Specialized in World Music, Matheus has curated hundreds of Latin, African, Brazilian and Asian music compilations, working with catalogs of labels such as Luaka Bop, Six Degrees and more.
In addition to world music, Matheus has produced dozens of Jazz, Soul, and Classical Music compilations. He has worked with Blue Note Records, Warner and Universal Music catalogs.
Besides his work with music compilations, Matheus has also developed creative projects in different areas such as photography, sound and site-specific art.
Matheus has also advised cultural producers to hold outdoor and indoor music events.
